Whee! Hello everyone. Just for the record, I joined because 1) I've always been a fan of the site and its artists and 2) I am perilously stressed out by the third Rising Stars of Manga competition... and since I do crazy things when I'm stressed out, joining DeviantART seemed like one of my less insane ideas.
Anyway, just putting up my most recent painting... I did it around Christmastime, 2003 I think... >_< It's for my friend, Ale (that's her in the red dress), and the guy standing next to her is Sirius Black (although I know it doesn't look like Sirius Black...). [Sirius is her favorite Harry Potter character.]
Yeah, so anyway, nice meeting you all, and hope to receive lots of comments/suggestions! =3
Just finished poking through your gallery, I love your fanart, it's gorgeous.
I also figured I'd reply and answer your question, the friends list under the journal is a paid feature, but you can create your own by putting people's icons in your journal.
And I think I shall watch you now and see what happens in the future ^_^

Loreli-AngelofDeath: Thanks so much for telling me how to create a friends list! I'll play around with um, people's icons and stuff, and see if I can actually carry out this (for me) difficult but absolutely necessary task! ~
We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
In response to new features: The dA community stands up to preserve itself and deviously denies further separation between general members and subscribers. Gift givers express dislike for violation of their privacy.
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
