If we can suggest ideas, a tongue fleshlette but instead of the teeth it would be suckers from an octopus then for mobility it could be fingers, also with suckers. Maybe the tongue could even be forked or with a sort of rusted stud with a jewel in it.
I appreciate the suggestion and the enthusiasm. On the contrary though, the first rule of fleshlettes is that they must only be made from human body parts...however distorted they may be. Animal organs are off the menu 
The idea of suckers then could be replaced with other sphincter type body parts, such as the mouth, stomach to the intestines, or that other one... just as a suggestion. Great work and amazing details on all these pieces. really impressed with your art.
