What happened was this... I was reading Bleedman's Grim Tales, and realized that he had paired Grim and Mandy (before it was officially revealed). It got the wheels in my head thinking and I simply couldn't shake the idea. I wrote the short fanfic based on 'how the heck would these two work' and asked Bleedman before I posted it and gave it to him to read. He liked it enough he decided he wanted to use it and the rest is history. 
I´m surprised in GT those are not actually his own ideas xd.

I think Naruto has so much fanfiction just because of "Lost potential". Truly, most of my fanfics have been my own way of reconciling things that didn't sit right with me. Or I saw them as a challenge to see HOW they would work (Like in the case of Grim Tales)
