And so I ask thou, What is beauty to thee? Does it not flow like placid streams and rage like the rapids? It like all things is composed of opposites, and it is defined as reality is defined to us: as the viewer. I see with my mind, love what I may see with my eyes, and think with my heart; I feel with my soul, hear with my flesh, and live with what I hear. How to speak in such tones as I as do now may be beautiful, for it flows and fits a common definition of what is beautiful; To sing or play music is akin to write or to think poetry, both follow patterns, both have purpose and goals, and both have either chaos or order as a part of their pattern.
