really? I mean the 1980s Chevette was the worst POS ever made by mankind (Apart from the Yugo) but the Vega from the late 60s to 70s I am/was told were actually quite decent.
The Chevette wasn't that bad, apart from rust issues and the fact it was an American Opel Kadett City C hatchback with a redesign. still, glorious T Body GM chassis (same body the Daewoo Maepsy was based on)
the Vega's engine was its worst offender, once you reached 100,000 miles, it was done.
the car itself was ok, although most have v8 swaps now apart the Cosworth model.

Hmm, I see, oh, and the Impala is going on sale here next month. So now Chevy will have "TWO" luxury segment competitors, the Alpheon (Buick Regal) and the new Impala.
I'm going to be honest here, i kinda hate the Impala these days. the last real one was built in 1996 with the SS model, the current one is a former shell of itself.
