After having my entire gallery censored indiscriminately, the natural course of action obligated me to contact the Help Desk. I've emailed to you, several key evidences, that I am in fact in the process of "Manifesting Religion."
I've clearly outlined my unique situation and delicate legal case. It is not my intent to "spam" the Help Desk, but to find someone with common decency and respect, who bothers to take me seriously. Someone who does not presume me to be an idiot or who assumes out of ignorance to International Law, that I am guilty of some crime I did not commit.
Damphyr stated that my access has been suspended, without even carefully reviewing the ticket. My Gallery should be studied, not censored. This is not the Help I seek from the Help Desk.
The issue in question falls under the protections afforded to me in the realm of Public Domain. I screen shoot public domain works, take my own photographs and incorporate the Mixed Media into hybrid Derivative Works, preserving Traditional Knowledge while expressing my Political Statement. The "models/photographers" you question could not claim control over Copyright and as such the Derivative Works became directly protected by United States Law, when I incorporated them into my gallery. Therefore the images were either considered "fair use," or were directly contracted by Palaestra Gems International, screen shot, sourced from the public domain, or were images directly entrusted to me by the models without contracts.
Furthermore, PUBLIC images are ineligible for copyright, unless incorporated directly into protected WIPO Derivative Works, as per my unique panoramic political statement. Familiarize yourselves with my file. Do your due diligence.
NO ONE can claim control over the distribution and usage of my Gallery BUT ME. Therefore, I hold the right to manipulate, distribute, sell, or otherwise utilize these works, "without legal ramifications."

Section 104 of the Copyright Act establishes the conditions of eligibility
for protection under U.S. law for works from other countries. Section
102(b) of the DMCA amends section 104 of the Copyright Act and adds new
definitions to section 101 of the Copyright Act in order to extend the
protection of U.S. law to those works required to be protected under the
WCT and the WPPT.
Please call off the dogs, respect the rule of domestic and international law and accept that I am legally and lawfully accurate on all counts.
