An artist would be considered pompous if they were to say that they like every piece of work that they have done. Surely, all artists have made, in the very least, one mistake that they are not to happy to have. It is learning from these mistakes, however, that helps us to become better.

We do not have to like the work that we have done, but we must realize that what we did was still good. It was good because it helped us to improve and create something better.

Do not say that you aren't an artist, my friend, for you are only lying to yourself and others. You already have a talent with creation, be it written or drawn. You have creative thought, and you have shared that with us often. You don't like what you've done? Understandable. You want to clear away the past and start over? Understandable. You feel that, in all of this, you don't deserve to have friends? You feel that you don't deserve to be called an artist? Such a misunderstanding.

I wish you good fortune in all that you do, my friend, as I know that you have within you the capability to improve; we all do. You ARE an artist, and you have the power to prove it.
