I think you may have missed out on the assigned animals; but theres no reason you can't flip a coin and do one anyway! knotwork is knotwork, bring it on 
Question about the "animals" contest:
Is it too late to enter? If I do enter, do I have to do an animal assigned by you or can I come up with something based on an animal that I like? I'm seeing a wild variety of animals in the entries and after seeing those, I'm very tempted to do one.
