Personally, I'm a bit tired of the irresponsibility of some of the photographer's submissions.
When a photo that I link to you doesnt fit your gallery, please response anyway. An answer that explains what is wrong on the photo since it cant be submitted would help very much.

and to get some feedback if they can or only a short answer that the work doesn't fit in the gallery.

3-5 pictures a day? The last posted submission is one week ago...so where is the activity of this club?

I also think that you should renew the rules of submitting, maybe a poll would be good.

It's been good to see some newer types of work picked because of more selectors on staff. I hope the range of what gets selected keeps expanding though.

More items per week would be acceptable, though the three per day max is a good rule. More work per would help expand the range, just so long as second-rate stuff was not picked in an effort to meet a quota.

Also, having a mechanism to let members suggest work from other members for selection may be helpful.
