I think they just wanted you to understand that you should ask before using someone else's work as stock. And then keep denying it, specially when you use it on your own commercial site.

shes an art thief. and has been hiding all the comments instead of trying to apologize or anything.
..so no ones really harassing her about her art. she actually stole art from people who arent as well known as her, and as she has so much acclaim, it kinda has pissed some people off.

Since I have nothing to apologize for, there isn't any reason for me to respond to you or anyone else who continues to harass me. That's what my attorney is for. I didn't copy or steal anyone's art, but that matter is being handled between me and the person from Evoke...as it should be.
