This makes the most sense in all of the ones I have read and heard. Thanks for clarifying this issue. I guess waiting and watching is the best option. I am however under the impression that at the moment this does not include us here at DA. Am I right in that asumption?

That was what I always thought. Which still leads me thinking that it would be awesome if someone tried to use my work, for instance, without making serious effort to locate me as the creator. Watch a river of moneyz flow in my direction.

For basic precaution (although not entirely necessary) I did add small copyright information, with my name, on all the stuff I have here on dA.

Thank you for the very informative journal :) I'm sure anyone who has the patience to read through all of that should understand and feel less threatened.

Thank you HUGELY for the breakdown and details of the new proposed bills, it certainly eases my mind a lot :nod:

As I said to Lolly I think its a huge bonus for all DA members that you guys are on the ball and are going so far as to go and speak to the people making the proposals.
