AN ALLOTMENT? you're kidding, that is such an odd name to call it...Is that really what you call it????? .....I can't imagine calling it that: " oh I'm gonna go plant some okra and kill some trees in my ALLOTMENT"

"with God all things are possible" It's your alloted piece of ground to do with as you wish. I think people tend to grow edible stuff on them normally (eg, we have rhubarbe and runner beans atm

alloted sounds like someone gave it to you. nobody gave it to me, I bought it.....lol. it was purchased, not alloted.
