Mine was last Friday-- after that, I spent 19 hours sleeping.
I can totally relate to you on Telos-- by the end (and my brother would testify), when I beat him, I was screaming, " YOU GOT MACED IN THE FACE, etc." and was slightly shaky. >.>

As for Talos, I find the best method is to use the machine gun on those orb thingies. And stay on your toes for those button mashes. If possible, upgrade the most useful guns to lv 5 so you can have infinite ammo. You'll get him.
