Anyways, I saw your current stuff and all I can say is...(even tho you taught me this, I am so evil to say it) ANATOMY, SPACIAL POSITIONING, VANISHING POINT, PERSPECTIVE, LIGHT AND SHADOW and of course the all important COLOR FOUNDATIONS AND RELATIONS. Keep those in caps in mind and learn it the hard way, as you felt its really different working with a tablet then on paper.
Another note is try to find these programs: Adobe Photoshop CS3, Manga Studio debut (also known as Comic Studio), Painter X (10), Open Canvas.
I dont use open canvas but I also use alot more like: Adobe CS3 Master Suite (Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Soundbooth) , Manga Studio 3 EX, and Painter IX.5 (9.5)

All I'm saying is that you just got your tablet. Best training for that is to master your pencil and inks first. I have and you should too.
And all I noticed is that your drawings kinda need refurbishing, like anatomy, etc. cause I know the feeling with a tablet. It only took my 3 weeks to get everything in check and right. But anyway just work on it, nobody is pinning you to the wall.
AND LOOK THE THOSE PROGRAMS I MENTIONED, IT HELPS~!

What 'encil and inks'? I believe that I got what it takes and I just did those last 2 deviations for fun
Anyway, thanks for your suggestions... I have some of the programs you mentioned, but I don't think that I can get the others... it's okay, though...maybe someday
Oh, yeah, a little of topic but do you know where I could get the full english version of "Fields of Hope"?
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
