You pretty much summed up all my biggest fears about getting a job in a studio so I can use my education vs having the job I have now and enjoying my drawing on the side. It's unfortunate that it's happened to you.

You started drawing to get attention? I don't even remember why I started drawing. But I don't think I even cared if anyone saw my art or not, early on in my experience making anything that resembling art.

I think you need a new dream. Everyone has dreams, things they work towards and feel passionate about. But at some point, a dream stops being something we aspire to, it becomes a reality.
Setting yourself new goals is one thing, but searching for something completely new that you feel passionate about is another. I think we need to keep searching for new sources of passion within ourselves in order to grow and change as people.
Just my thoughts though. Thank you for your insight.
