I think the best thing to do in a situation like that is pray. My parents fight like that sometimes and I've found that the best thing to do is get out of their way and pray about it. I've said this before to other people: It isn't healthy to escape to the internet all the time, but your DA friends are always here for you. :3

I do hope things get better! :heart:

Sadly there isn't much advice I can give on the situation. Things like this is one of the things that actually lead to my parents divorce, and till this day I can't stand to hear either of them raises their voices to anyone, especially me.

The only advice I can give that worked for me is to be tough. But even then, I have moments like yours where it just seems too much, though I go about dealing with it in a much different way.

Anyways, try talking to mami first to let her know, and be honest about it. But before you do talk to her, think about what you WANT to say in your head. Play it out in your mind before you actually speak it so you have all you want to say straight beforehand. Thats what I try to do.

I'm not sure about papi honestly. You can do the same thing, but hell, it may work it may not. Good luck. Love ya Nina. Stay strong ^^
