I had an interesting argument with a person over this. First they told me DA is now all about the money and not the art MAAAAN, because they only added those links to entice people to buy subscriptions, somehow.
Then I told them about putting copyright info on their art they took a dig at my own art. Then they proceeded to display they had no idea how the internet or social networking operates and claimed they didn't want random people looking at their art.
When I told them they make no logical sense and asked them why they joined a high traffic website they screeched that DA wasn't high traffic when they joined a year ago and proceeded to hide my last comments.
Sadly everyone else in their journal is praising them for bringing this TRAVESTY to light.
