Hey, I'd like to point out a major loop hole in the voting rules for contests. You state the following in the rules under 5.2 Voting System:

- All members will be able to vote. Just send a note or vote in the Contest’s voting poll.

Because the way the poll system works, whoever votes remains anonyomous. Anyone who's a member here could send you their vote via dev-note and then turn around and vote in the poll as well...thus getting 2 votes (and sometimes that's all it takes to get the win). I think if you plan on keeping the poll in place as a means of voting, you need to do away with the voting via dev-note.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

Okay, fisrt question... The "no old art" rule just goes for contest submissions right? If we just wanted to submit some art to share with the group it's ok if it's old... Am I understanding this correctly???

True!
"No old Art" is only for CONTEST SUBMISSIONS.
Other submissions may of course be old Drow art from your gallery.

If I do not want old works in the Contests is because it would not be fair for people spending a lot of time creating something for the contest while someone else just picked one of its old works.

I will update the rules and try to make this part more clear.

Really I don't get note votes anymore except from the previous contest winner who does have 2 votes. But I will change that. Thanks for pointing it out. ^_^ :cookie:

- The winner of a contest cannot participate in the following one (but he/she will be asked to vote 2 times).

This needs to be clarified because mini contests are still contests and many people have entered contest after contest and has been acceped by administration.

Does this mean that the winners of the main contests can still enter in the next mini-contest even though they can't enter in the next main contest?

Yes. ^_^ :cookie: Also you get two votes for each category when Contest#10 goes to vote.
