This is really beautiful. But the message is lost. It's trucks and buses that cause Global warming, not a cigarette. I think it's great to try to put forth a "message", but the "message" here doesn't make logical sense against the title.
I think image is saying that we're polluting the environment without any care or regard to what we're doing just like smokers pollute their bodies in the same way.
