all of it, the light mostly..
the light was made with a soft white brush, set to 10% opacity. just create a new layer behind the model and in front of the background and paint in the parts where you want it to be brighter. i also added a bit in front of the model and made the whole image brighter so that the part in front of the model is really white.
the butterflies are made with a brush. if you edit the brush settings you can easily create such an effect (with scattering, color dynamics...)
