the start menu buttons isnt included cuz u need to change ur explorer.exe to change those.
and im gonna upload those later.
the back and forward is a browseui.dll wich u need to replace aswell

Please do upload the extra files, will make a lot of people (even) more happy with this VS. It is very good, one of the best I've seen.
