Comment on Hack- Rena Face Shot by Lillian-hime

I painted this in Open Canvas 1.1, which creates an almost water color look. You can easily find OC 1.1 on the net for download, it's free and less than one meg, believe it or not. You can easily find it using Open Canvas 1.1 download in the google search as the keywords.
I start with a base color and then multiply the same color on a new layer to create depth and shadows. On the background... Just long strokes going outward using bright blue, violet, magenta, and white, then with another layer in OC, it's called add layer effect (alot like overlay in Photoshop) and it just makes the colors stand out more. I just play play playn and keep playing until I'm happy with it.
