Since you ask for critique, I will try my best. But all I can see is a little over sharpness on the wording(which is oh so true by the way

Also the background seems almost to bold perhaps, I haven't the slightest idea what change may be made but perhaps the intracacy is bringing my eye away from the supposed central focus. But then again symbollically my eye is drawn away from the 'government' and to the 'governed', which I like to focus on in reality.
Anyway about it, very cool piece. Great concept behind it, one very dear to me.
