Comment on New XP LiveBlack by sagorpirbd
For Enable thirdparty visual styles You need the uxtheme patch.

When uxtheme patch installation complete then restart your pc.
Now copy New xp liveblack to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
Now Go to desktop properties & apply the theme.
