LOL...yeah I kinda figured that was just a pose for the pic, I can't imagine that being a comfortable position for a prolonged period of time unless you were like quadruple jointed or something 
A bit more relaxed and it isn't a bad position lol I sit with my legs folded underneath me quite a bit.
