So the full circle you just fold your fabric in half and draw a big half circle on it? I'm rather...dim when it comes to patterns and stuff. I need to do a really big floor length skirt, and I've got 5metres of fabric for it.....

actually, you open up the fabric and cut it on the width, so no fold.

Though would doing it on the fold still work? My sewing machine broken so I;'d rather it it as a whole piece to save time

No; because fabric widths are generally 45-60" wide, you will only have just enough as is to have a floor length skirt with the open width.

my fabric width is 150m i think off the top of my head. I know its over a metre anyway
