I'm fortunate to live near Jo-Ann Superstore and they have an immense selection of fleece and other fabric. Any place that has fleece is a "best" place, and that'll vary by location. I know some Wal-Mart stores have fabric, and I also have a Hobby Lobby that has some too. Be sure to scope out any craft or quilting specialty shops near you.

u could also try hancock fabrics(i can't spell it to well
