i think it gives you etra forms on top of the ones it already gives you when you beat the game but im not sure cus i never got all of them my self 
Yeah I finally got all the beads and it was painfull but worth it because now I got like a 10 cut inifiate health and ink yeah makes the game easier to beat I guess.
