i know im being very dim, but how do i install this
If you've installed VistaGlazz and modified your system files, then just drag it into 'C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\' and then select it by going to themes properties.
*Right click on your desktop > Personalize > Windows Color and Appearance > Open Classic Apearance... > Select NOOTO.
*Or you could accomplish the same by using a style selector such as TuneUp or StyleSelector.
