Yah, a bit strong on the contrast...but still a very interesting composition. I like how it's busy, but still retains itself so that each aspect of the shot is portrayed nicely. The upper railing really leads one to explore the higher grounds. Then you proceed through the chaos of shadows and lines and finally to the ground floor.
