Comment on Pivot Failure by fantom-marshmellow

When I submit an animation, it works, but the resolution is that of my preview, so I think something went wrong.
I submitted the file that was 300 x 300 or lower, and I added the preview file, which I selected to be the preview... So what went wrong?
I can't submit the 300x300 file without the preview, which I found strange...

Any help?
