This is really well done. The background texture and the shading is brilliant. Also, the folds of skin you have grasped in his hands... the wrinkles and folds are perfect. Not to mention the fact that the entire thing is just disturbingly adorable. He does look like he's suffering a migraine. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and I often find myself grabbing and yanking on the skin around my eyes, so it's very well depicted. Good job.
