I don't see anything wrong with the blank space on the left.. besides, you have a lot of detail in the hair, which is on the left, so it balances out 
The detail soort of gets less as you look from left to right, so it's kind of like a transition in detail..? Kinda hehe~ Then there's the title: Final Distanc. So it's like she's far from something
