Comment on Bubble Gum and Sweets by malionette

Save the whole zip file (as is) to your program files/winamp/skins folder. Open winamp and pick your skin from the pulldown menu located in the top left corner of the skin (if you're using this one, it should be named "Bubble_Gum_and_Sweets_by_malionette"
