Yes I have. They fist one was great but I wasn't all that impressed with the other two. If you liked those books then you should read Brent Weeks - Night Angel Trilogy. It has some of the same feel to it.
Brent Weeks is not as good as Sanderson, but if you like the assassin type of characters you should check them out.
