Hi, I need help. I can't seem to actually set any theme at all. It keeps coming up with some text saying; "This Edition of windows doesn't support themes." Any help?

your windows must me a version of starter. This version does not support any themes. Also you can't even change the wallpaper. I suggest install windows 7 ultimate. You can get it for free somewhere on youtube.com or google.com. Hope this in
