Are you successfully replace the file or not, if yes then what's the problem ???
Yeah the file replaces original DLL just fine. The Welcome Center when launched, for some freak reason just never changes though. Cracked open with Resource Hacker to ensure original images where not present. All checked out. Like I said, don't understand it myself.
This is a VM btw. Always test bed my mods 1st.
I guess it's out of anybody's control. Thanks anyway none the less.
