You're in Angband, the heavily steeled fortress run by the two dark lords. Dark Lord Sauron is in a mood to be amused. So he takes your friend next to you, and places a hook right under and inside his jaw. The chain connecting to it is then YANKED up into the air and your friend is left danging there. You can't do anything but watch as he struggles and writhes in pain. He can't even do anything to make it any less painful, but stand on his tip toes or yank his arms against those chains binding him to the ceiling. His arms break, and he looses his footing as he's impaled on the hook.
The blood is drained from the dead kids body, and the dark lord looks to you. He has his servants FILL a massive pot of the kids blood and heated to a scalding temperature. He then has you marinated in it and has you COOKED alive. He then sticks your head and your friends on a spike as he eats your flesh while looking at the two faces.
You sure you can handle this kind of gore kid?

Yes because Skyrim is tooootally the bloodiest thing in the world.
And I doubt that. I really do. Puking is a natural response to anything the body deems dangerous. It's why we have a gag reflex. Something going in your mouth that shouldn't? Then you puke it up or gag it up.
