I gots to print that up and post it somewhere around my desk. Fear's been winning more times than I like to admit 
man, at least u are aware that u have the fear....
i found that it helps to get a sketchbook that NOBODY will see and sketch in it fearlessly in a marker and have no way of correcting ur mistakes....and make sure that no one see's this book
