I empathize. I haven't drawn anything worth posting since I started teaching. 
I subbed all this week for the first time, and I was so tired, I could do nothing when I got home but stare into space

! Still, you should try to make some time to draw !I've actually started getting into paper art, due to some assignments I've had my classes do this past week. We're studying fables, so my students had to make animal faces/masks and write a fable about that animal. Since one of my classes was fairly calm, I had a chance to start an animal face of my own, and I've found that I'm spending much longer on it than I'd originally intended, it's so fun!
We have a holiday from school this coming Monday, so I think I might use it to create some sort of paper art for one of my stories, just to see what I can come up with.
