That is the Cashew icon, KDE has it by default in the upper right corner but you can simply drag it around.

I preffer mostly dark themes but i must say your desktop looks really nice sebcioz ;)

The Cashew (bubble thing) is part of KDE and is a widget not an icon that has the plasma icon rendered into it.

The plasma icon is part of Oxygen icon theme for KDE, you can get at [link] , if you only want the plasma png icon download it from wikipedia [link]
