Ampu-tan was never very good with explosives. You see those scars on the stump of her right arm? That's the reason why fireworks are illegal in most of the United States.

im guessing that some guy stabbed a knife into his table, tried to pull it out, it flew out the window, his dog tried to bury it but it dug into an oil geyser and it launched the knife over the fence and onto a car, the car went to florida, the car did a sharp turn and the knife flew off, landed on a random landmine, the knife flew away and stabbed into a satalite about to launch, i gets launched into space, the satelite exploded fell back to earth and launched a rock on its impact and the rock flew all the way to ampu tan's house, broke through the glass and a big piece flew toward ampu tan's face aaaaaaand HEADSHOT
I don't think Ampu-tan is THAT unlucky...I was just going to say "car crash" or "don't run with scissors".
