I've only really seen Sephiroth in Crisis Core before he went crazy and evil. I just liked the idea of lil' Sephiroth. It was highly amusing. Then I wanted to make an attempt at a fighting pose and he and Jade were already made and available, so...they became my guinea pigs...and then I figured why not make use of what I have and do the pose I'd been meaning to try, that of someone holding someone else, but have a cause for it...so, Jade lost...that round.

Hm, today appears to be a day of describing my thought processes behind my works. I do hope I'm not scaring or boring anyone.

Ahhh, reflect type spells - so very useful :D

I suppose that we must have differing opinions of Sephiroth, but that isn't anything irreconcilable, I daresay. One of my friends seems to have turned me (for the better, I suppose) against the newer Final Fantasy titles, and I must admit that I am rather disappointed by them now that I have had a chance to stop and think (they lose to Kingdom Hearts, which is tied for me with Fire Emblem, both of which are beneath Tales and Star Ocean in my mind), though I did very much enjoy I and III-VI, which might be called the collective reasoning behind my buying a DS.

That, and I am an incorrigible Pokefan, though the appeal of those games left me for awhile when the cartoons soured and it became less socially-acceptable. Now that I am at university, however, I like what I like and I really don't scruple to make it know.

I vastly prefer Final Fantasy IV-VI over any of the later ones, though I do like FFX. I've yet to get very far with VII, which just doesn't absorb me, I did enjoy IX, but clearly not enough to finish it...XII I haven't played - just watched. VIII looked too strange and didn't seem very FFish to me from what I saw. Tales rules over all, though in my mind FFVI is a good second. It will always have a special place in my gaming heart.

I like looking at and drawing Pokemon, but I'm not sure I'd really call myself a fan anymore. Perhaps if I played the games again that might change.

I'm very fond of the games, I daresay, though I also enjoy the movies (especially the third and the fourth, about Entei and then Celebi and Suicune, respectively), and the first season of the animated series holds a great deal of sentimental value for me as well, as I once enjoyed it immensely (and still do whenever I happen to see it).

For a very brief time, I thought FF's VII and VIII would be good games for their involvement in Kingdom Hearts, though now I don't think them so at all. I really did enjoy FFX, actually, though I found the plot quite intriguing at first, though I feel as though it degraded in quality after a while. And yes, Tales does rule over all (though it shares its place with StarOcean for me at the moment, though the two franchises are very similar as far as I can tell, and I do like both very much).

I actually beat Sephiroth into a bloody pulp for one of my friends -- he later said he thought of it as a Christmas present, and I was delighted. I think that I may have overdone KH though, I am rather absurdly good at using magic to kill nearly anything (though I'm not very good in the Coliseum since my magic-heavy playing style is a drain on resources, and I have very recently taken to carrying massive amounts of ether).

I use to watch the cartoon for a time when we had channels which I haven't for ten years now.

I haven't played Star Ocean at all... Tales of Symphonia and Abyss rule all, and probably others as well, but those are the only two Tales games I've finished unfortunately.

I've also never played KH.

Oh, well, that is alright. I've still not finished Symphonia, though for me, the first 50-60% of SO3, Tales of Legendia, Phantasia, Abyss and Destiny, Kingdom Hearts and Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal and Sapphire will always be among my most cherished memories. I suppose that I can't really pick a favourite, though my longest save files of all are Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Legendia, respectively.

I still can't believe you haven't finished Symphonia. When we got it, we played addictively (my parents, sister and I). I've finished it nine times now...and have played part of it a few more times. I've only finished Abyss twice, but have played part way through another couple times. I couldn't really get into Legendia. I've never played Tales of Destiny :tears:
As for Pokemon, the only one I've completed is Red. I've played a bit of Gold, but I didn't get very far.

I would have enjoyed Tales of Destiny immensely, save for that it was horribly lagged because I was playing it via console emulator on my now glaringly horridly outdated computer. I am still hesitant to buy another, largely because this one was such a large expenditure when it was given to me, and other than not running video games properly, it is still perfectly functional. I really don't like how quickly technology becomes obsolete -- I could really do without it, but I suppose it isn't so nicely profitable if it doesn't.

I've started working on my spelling reform again -- I think that I may post a sample.
