It's simple, really. I use an airbrush. I don't use a blur tool.
Uhm, oh dear, I don't mean to be horrible but I wish you wouldn't ask me as though I should be obligated to tell you. I'm not saying you should beg me for information at all, but I hope you realise that not everyone really likes talking about how they actually do their stuff, cause they just... do it, if you know what I mean. Right.
