HOW CAN I USE THIS? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AFTER I DOWNLOAD IT BY RAR. ITS ON WINRAR BUT ITS JUST FULL OF IMAGES WHAT TO DO??? I REALLY WANT IT.
Right click the icon you want to change, click open folder location. Then right click it again, then personalize, or settings. Click the tabs until you find a picture of the icon. Click change icon, and browse until you find the folder picture. If it rejects JPG, look for a website or program, like converticon.com , and convert it to ICO, then try again. Hope this helps! 
You need a program that changes the default folder, like Stardock IconPackager... other than this, I don't know what other could do the job. Hope it helps.
