Being from California, I can't say I hate Winter since we don't have a "true" one (don't have to deal with snow and the like). I don't mind cold weather so much as long as I'm not in it for very long, too. Still, after the cold weather and incredibly cold rain, it's definitely nice to be able to go outside in more lightweight clothing!
