Well I'm not sure I do them so well but I do pay a lot of attention to what I see on TV (whether it be real life or cartoon) and what I read in the mangas. Sometimes I look for references online just to get better.  Then I can try to draw my own poses based on what I already know and what I want it to look like. Just keep practicing!
