I love it! In addition to the fashion, I really like that you've given little Snover the front and center. Always nice seeing an under-appreciated Pokemon getting some love. You expressed its happy feelings perfectly. Abomasnow behind it looks a bit perturbed at being decorated. XD Gotta love the personality you poured into these guys.
My favorite is definitely the candy-cane Dragonair. The colors and stripes suit it surprisingly well, and it's neat seeing Smeargle back there adding the finishing touches.
