Glad to give you a laugh. =) I like making people laugh (when I can laugh with them, otherwise it SUX!) Azhdarchids... *sigh* I know so little about them and yet they lived in my back yard. :disbelief: My fund of knowledge has some frightening gaps in it.
Provincial Californian... such an oxymoron! How is CA provincial? It's one of the great metropolitan trend setting scenes on the planet. You don't know provincial until you come to backwater MT or go out into the wastes of the midwest.

My grandparents live in this little town called Corning north of Sacramento and south of Redding. population is about 37. average population age, 'bout 86. plenty cows. surplus of dead grass. occasional dead bird on the side of one of its three little roads. and that's about it. oh, yeah, except for a general feeling of death and boredom in the atmosphere. basically the definition of provincial if you ask me. The three teenagers that live up there walk around with a blade of wheat in their mouth, and talk...like, well...hillbillies. it's tremendously funny, and horrendously sad. Yes, most of CA is very "trendy", but a lot of it is like Corning mentioned above...*shakes his head*
hmmm...4 more minutes and i'm out of hell!!! *counts the seconds*
