The feeling was from the color and fonts - together it created a kind of oldschool interface when designe was'nt so important.
Now with this new green color that feeling is gone.

Good i think, but you know, It's only me.
I don't like thouse aqua strokes around the boxes, menu buttons. In the login area the 'username' and 'password' words are barely visible. I know that's good but in my opinion they should be a little more visible.
And if you want that dot in the logo to be a glowing orb you should make the center of it white.
